Southern California-based photography professional and movement specialist
[motion]scape photography is the work of award-winning photographer and movement specialist, Veronika Reinert.
Veronika's photography practice is grounded in a lifelong relationship with movement. A former gymnast with a BA in Dance from UC Berkeley, Veronika completed three Pilates teacher training programs and has taught Pilates and fitness since 2007, giving her a deep, firsthand understanding of the moving body.
She began photographing dance and movement in 2012 and has since studied with leading photography educators, served as the in-house photographer for a global Pilates brand, and had her work published in Pilates Style Magazine. Her imagery has supported studios, educators, retreats, and conferences worldwide, and most recently appeared on the cover and throughout Samantha Wood's latest book, Pilates for Rehabilitation, 2nd Edition.
